If there's anywhere you can save money for your event - it's decor. Riverline offers hundreds of decor items for any event often for 50-80% less than retail cost. This saves you the expense of buying new decor and the hassle of trying to resell your items later.

We are not currently offering any in-person showings at this time for our decor. We do ensure that our inventory is up-to-date with several photos, quantities, and sizes of our items so you can best pick out the things you need. If you are interested in looking at a specific item in-person that we carry, please message us and we will see how we are able to help!

Decor

Pick your items online by messaging us your date and what items and quantities you are wanting for your event.

We will check availability of the items you are wanting and send you a message of what is or isn't available. We try to offer alternatives if that item is already reserved.

Once you confirm the items you are wanting, we will send you a contract and total. All items require a signed contract and 50% deposit to reserve.

Sign the contract and pay the 50% deposit - you are all set to go! The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event. We allow changes up to 21 days before your date.

Decorating
Weddings and events can be a busy time - from rehearsals, dinners, getting ready, hair and makeup, family, photos and the final moments of walking up the aisle, you may find yourself wondering when you have time for everything! That's where we come in - let us handle some of the details and let you soak up up the important moments of your big day.

Riverline offers partial and full decor set-up services as well as teardown for all decor and large single items like arches and backdrops. Decorating and set-up services are typically charged on an hourly basis as many of our events range in the amount of decor and therefore the time needed to set up. Teardown rates are typically a flat rate as most venues have time constraints when items packed and removed from the venue.

Our 2024 rates for set-up are listed below:​

Rental Full/Partial Decor Set-up: $35/hour/person (2-person minimum)

Rental Large Single-Item Set-up (arches, backdrops): $50

Rental Large Single-Item Teardown (before 8pm): $50

Rental Large Single-Item Teardown (after 8pm): $75

Rental Full/Partial Teardown (after 8pm): $500

Delivery
Doing all the decorating yourself but just don't have the time or means to get the decor there? Riverline also offers delivery services for any our decor rentals around the Sioux Falls area. Currently, we only offer this service for Saturday or Sunday-only events or any deliveries after 6pm during the week. We are able to transport any of our rentals items including our arches or backdrops!

Our 2024 rates for delivery are listed below:​

Mileage (one-way to venue): $1/mile

For both delivery to and pickup from the venue, mileage will be charged x2
